That's a tough one if I had to choose between one of them I would pick Fonda.
Fonda has mellowed a lot with age, but her opinions tend to be shallow.
Steinem is still too militant and carries a huge chip on her shoulder. Even if I agreed with her, I hate listening to people like that. You can't reason with them at all and they always end up getting their feelings hurt.

Jane Fonda is more interesting even though I don't agree with many of her views, she is not annoying like Gloria
