Queen Mother Sports Centre on Vauxhall Bridge Road (Victoria or Vauxhall tube) has a pool and was recently refurbished.

There is a pool in Eltham but its pretty **** I think but haven't been there for 10 years so they may have demolished/rebuilt it or it may just still be ****!
Oh and there is one at the end of my road in Battersea but thats SW not SE :-P

Depends where you mean by South East London, but there's a decent one in Greenwich which is council run. Pretty cheap too - especially if you buy the gym membership at the same time.

We also used to go to Crystal Palace sports centre and use the pool there - moved away three years ago so I don't what it is like now
