How do I create a custom weblayout? I want to make one of my own and I want to learn how to do this.

Ok...well college is a bit extreme...I learned HTML and CSS in less than two weeks...read this book "Hacking Myspace: Mods and Customization"...It will teach you the bare minimum of HTML and CSS...if your looking for a slightly more advanced approach...go to http://www.w3schools.com/

Use CSS! Pick up a book of tutorials. The book "Eric Meyer on CSS" has this target audience: "If asked, you would describe your HTML skil level as 'itermediate' or 'expert' and your CSS skill level as 'basic' or 'intermediate'." If you fit that, then this book will help alot!
