I downloaded music to my ipod but when i try to play it the light just blinks yellow and green then turns off?

This happens when your ipod need to be reset.
Try resetting your ipod.
or
Try formating your ipod then putting the music on it again.
or
When the battery is low that happens too try charging your battery for about 5 hours then try playing the music again
