Reyes or Crawford. Both may be unpopular responses on this question but.. Your categories support more versitile hitting than std 5x5 roto. Because of the multiple categories you should be looking at 190 to 200 hit potential players that have it all, not just HR's and SB's. Reyes and Crawford give you a huge advantage in SB's, TB, 3B over any other 1st round player. On your next pick, Sizemore would be the optimal and then follow up with a SS if you take Crawford or a pitcher if you take Reyes.
Players to have in this format are Reyes, Crawford, Sizemore, Ichiro, Holliday, Wells, Aramis Ramirez, Michael young.
Players to avoid like the plague; Adam Dunn - someday his K's will meet his BA. Andruw Jones - I love the guy, but his Avg and streaks of striking out will kill you in this format.

Around the 9th or 10th round you may want to look at Zumaya, he can serve a dual purpose in this format - he will get holds, help with ERA, WHIP, K's but there is also a chance he could be the closer - I mention this because you can lay off the pitchers in early rounds.
In the format you are playing - 70% is hitting, 20% is RP and 10% is SP. Try to keep all of your players in the batting postions of 1-5. Even though some guys will look good, number 7 and 8 hitters will frustrate you with their number of opportunities. And in this format above all, 1 stat that is not mentioned will determine your success. That stat is AB, watch your AB's every week and try to have more than your opponent - you will almost always win with quantity if you keep high avg players.

Here's a thought for ya....ever tried "streaming" starting pitchers?? What this means is that you don't draft ANY starters until the last 2 rounds and then only as place holders for later. Once the season starts, you go to thw waivers and snag the 2 best pitchers available THAT DAY. The next day, you do the same, and again the day after that, and again the day after that. Assuming you play in a league that allows daily transactions and has no maximum on innings pitched or on overall moves (go look at your league settings) you will be starting 21 different pitchers in a week- 3 a day. This takes some study figuring out who is going and whether they have a good enough matchup that day to warrent a start. You often take a hit on ERA and WHIP due to some bad starts by some shakey guys, but overall, you will usually RULE several catagories. Once you get a big enough lead in WINS, simply leave the SP slots open...because you will be LOADED with RP closers.
This strategy also allows you to draft HEAVILY at the regular hitters' positions- while others are drafting SPs, you are snagging the best available hitters and relievers. Relievers will allow you to pile up innings with little or no ERA or WHIP and sort of "dilute" any bad outings from a bad SP choice. In your format you should have NO FEWER than 3 solid closers- 1 for each RP slot and 1 in the P slot. Snag a great set up guy or 2 like Zumaya and probably Otsuka for those Holds and sub in into the P slot once you OWN the saves catagory. Meanwhile the hitters on your bench will often be as good as several teams have STARTING. You should have enough bench guys to sub in for ANY starter when they get a day off, and therefore rack up stats absolutely every single day.
Just a thought.
Anyway, draft Reyes and be done with it. He helps in FAR more catagories than the other guys. After the first round, it depends heavily on how many teams are in your league to see who's available. In a typical 10 man league, be looking for guys like Cabrera, Berkman, Carlos Lee and PRAY for Crawford or Sizemore. I would usually go for infielders first because the drop off of talent at the IF positions is greater than the drop off in the OF.
Hope this helps...

If AROD is available, you have to take him. He had an off year last season and look at his line... Still better than most first rounders, so just imagine if he steps it up a bit this year. No way I take Reyes coming off a career season for AROD. Coming back around I would try to take another power hitter that plays OF and then hopefully a top tier starting pitcher... Players will vary because I'm not sure how many teams you have in your league and how predictable some of the GMs are.

Either Reyes or Howard are the likely choices, but A-Rod is good too. As for the 2nd and 3rd rounds, look to pick up Carlos Lee (unlikely he'll be available), Sizemore, Hafner (if you go fo power), or Derrek Lee. DO NOT take Santana with your first pick!!!

The extra hitting cats make the contact hitters more valuable than the power hitters. Remember in H2H, you do NOT need balance. Try to establish dominance in certain areas - with these cats, I would go with speed/hitting/runs on offense and relief on the pitching side (solid closers and mid relievers with a low walk rate, ERA, and Whip and high Ks (Shields, Zum, etc.).

Reyes is way ahead of Howard or A-Rod. The only other choices are Santana and Soriano. Howard and A-Rod are probably 7th and 8th.

2nd Round - maybe Utley?

3rd Round - Halladay or Webb.

I would take Alex Rodriguez only because I believe he's going to have a HUGE bounce back year. Reyes is my second option there. Don't take Santana.
