After about 5 min of running it sputters and cuts off. It has a hard time cranking up after stalling out. What should I try replacing? It cranks fine after sitting for awhile.

No codes ever showed up. Battery and Alt. are good.

It could be the ignition module or the crank sensor or something else. You must have the codes read or everything will be a guess.

First I'd make sure that all the ignition components were in good order. Bad plugs and plug wires can make your ignition module and coil area arc over under the cover where all the plug wires connect. Look under that cover for signs of arcing. To me "cranking" is when the starter motor is turning the engine over normally. A "crank but no start" is when the engine cranks normally but the engine won't kick over and start (run). I would clean the throttle plate and bore as well as the Mass Air Flow sensor element, but on your car the MAF may be mounted right at the intake manifold where the throttle plate is and make it harder to clean it.

i agree that that is limited info, however i would have your alternator tested. If it is failing then the vehicle will run until the battery dies completely and then will not restart until the battery naturally recharges enough to do so...and then it will run until the battery dies again. Just a thought
