Never mind the order of the three - combine them.
Start with where you are from. What country did your family originate from? Do you have relatives in other countries? Were there favourite places you used to visit as a child on vacation?
Start with where you've been and then you can move on to where you are going.
Only you can sort out which of the 3 from that point should be first.
Until you understand your past you cannot move into the future.

I would have to say places to go. Because sometimes I have to go to the place in order to see the person.

"places to go" and "people to see" would go under "things to do." i think..
Start with the easiest things. If you start with "places to go" go to the places that are near to you.
"people to see" see people you want to see most.
"things to do" , do the most urgent things..
Theres no way and no person too far away from you. Its only sad that you realize it when its too late already.
