1. Michael Vick. Sure he's exciting to watch, and I always love seeing the highlights, but do you really want him as your franchise QB?
2. David Carr. Could someone please tell me why the Texans keep him year after year?
3. Edgerrin James. Sure he was an all-pro with Indy, but I think that was a result of the Colts scheme, rather than a great RB. His true colors are now showing with the Cards..
4. Mike Vanderchoke. *Ahem* - Vanderjagt as everyone else knows him. This is one situation where stats do lie. He's statistically the "Most accurate kicker in NFL history", but can't make a clutch kick. I think that goes a long way toward him being un-employed right now.
5. Randy Moss. When he was with Coullpepper, he was one of the best. But since he can't make a simple catch now, he's one of the most overrated players.
6. Marc Bulger. What QB wouldn't succeed when you've got Steven Jackson at RB, and Tory Holt and Issac Bruce at WR's?
7. Thomas Jones. Has a running back ever struggled with the Bears?
8. Ed Reed. "Right place at the right time" sums up his career.
9. T.O. He drops passes that no WR in the NFL should drop.
10. Shawne Merriman. Take away his steroids and then let's see how good he is.

Randy Moss- I hate the Raiders
Jay Cutler- Not really what he's hyped up to be
Terell Owens- I hate to say it 'cause I'm a Cowboys Fan, but he can't shut his mouth
Mike Vanderjagt- Can't even make an extra point
Alex Smith- Never good from the start
Shaun Alexander- The Madden Curse
LaDanian Tomlinson- So What? He's overrated
Michael Vick- Cant Throw to save his life
Santana Moss- I Hate Washington
Eli Manning- He's worse than Peyton

Any1 who says Peyton Manning please give ur nose a break with the drugs.
Anyway my top 5:
1. Mike Vick - absolutely atrocious
2. Tom Brady - He choked when the pressure wuz really on him, when he wuz down, not when it wuz tied
3. Terrel Owens - Sux, nothing else 2 say
4. Ben Roethlisberger: Wasn't the reason Steelers won Super Bowl XL. Ever seen him play, he is the worst QB in the NFL not on the Raiders
5. Edge James: What happened to the Colts when he left?

1. Michael Vick( I shouldn't have to explain this but here goes, big money contract for a player that was suppose to revolutionize the quarterback position, just proved pocket passers are more effective and game winners.)
2. Cedric Benson(No where near the running back that Thomas Jones was, this guy will drag the bears down).
3. Lavar Arington: Is he ever going to do anything ever?
4. Ben Roethlisberger: Average quarterback at best, got to ride a great defense and an excellent offensive line to the superbowl.
5. Robert Gallery: Doesn't look like he was able to bench 45 times at the combine a couple of years ago...but then again he is on the raiders.
6. Terrell Ownes: Most touchdowns...so so. Most dropped passes...big deal. You can't drop that many passes if you are getting paid that much.
7. Tatum Bell: Durability and fumble issues
8. Nate Clements: Not that he has bad, but not worth 80 million either.
9. Dwight Freeney: had one good year and has no impact now that offense's focus on him.
10. Tom Brady: I believe there is at least 10 quarterbacks in this leauge that could take the Patriots to the Super Bowl

1. Peyton Manning- He is atrocious under pressure as the Cowboys proved. If teams put more pressure on him, we would say Peyton Who?
2. Tom Brady- great athletes around him and a phenomenal coach.
3. David Carr- This guy sucks.
4. Edgerrin James- Look at that wonderful transition he made to AZ...
5. Mike Vanderjegt- Man. This guy here...
6. Billy Cundiff- I will punch him in the face if i ever see him for missing 29 yard field goals.
7. Bill Parcells - He's not that good of a coach. He never was really...
8. Rex Grossman - Depending on what week you hear about him and then what week you watch him lol.
9. Eli Manning- I think he's in the NFL because of his family. Jeremy Shockey hates his *** lol.
10. Ocho Cinco- Riiiight. Not that good to go and change your name to numbers. i dont even remember his name.
The reason Terrell Owens is not on this list is because I don't think he's overrated at all. he had a bad season due to a broke finger. You try and catch a ball with a broke finger.

peyton manning,all the hype and 1 ring.mike vick,hed be a great sandlot qb,but thats it.ely manning,just cause.joey porter,all mouth.lance briggs,he aint even the best lb on his team.i gotta go to coaches and owners and teams.dallas,al davis,denvers ability to win,san diegos h.c. job and to quote bill parcells"i dont know the player."
