Most countries in the tropics
------------------------------------------
For the nerd who gave me thums down, there is pretty much 12 hours of daylight, 12 hours of darkness near the equator. Therefore most countries in the tropics don't change their clocks.

Actually Indiana began observing daylight savings time last fall. There are only a couple of counties that are exempt, around Chicago and Louisville, so people who live in those counties can work in the city and remain on the same time.

Singapore is near the equator, no sense having dst since it's pretty much a 12 hour day, sun up at 7 and down at 7 year round. This is true of any cities/countries around the equator.
If you mean in the U.S., it's Arizona - too hot.

Portions of Indiana do not recognize DST. And I suspect most of the world thinks it's a very silly idea.
