Nope, not anymore. They always say how the money from lotto ticket sales goes "to the schools". Well if this were true, then why are the schools always complaining that they have no money?

i do not buy the big lottery tickets cause i know i wont win anyway. but we do buy those scratch off lottery tickets occasionally and give the dollars to my son.

Yeah, usually once a week, you can't win if you don't play. My dad won $75,000.00 on a scratch and win so we buy those too.
