I'm 16 at present and I am a very big time baking lover.
I plan to open up a bakery when I grow up.

And if, by chance, and luck, my baery bussiness starts to grow, I plan to hire and send out some ppl from my bakery to collect and study about International baked delicacies and signature bakings...^_^

Yeah, a bit far fetched it does sound like, but.....what do you think?

Thank you yall!!

Sure, there's plenty of dough to be made in baking!

seriously, its a great field. you may want to start out working part time in a local bakery to see how the business works.
But there are certainly many successful small bakeries and its a great business. Good luck!

You sound like you have put a lot of thought into this and yes you can make a very good living at it. You do have to do your homework though. Familiarize your self with all the trade magazine. Find out about the Retail Bakers Association. Attend one of their trade shows if you can. Good luck to you.
