I would say Bruce Lee. Hulk Hogan was (is) a lot bigger, but Bruce Lee had a lot more skill.

Hulk hogan would win because he is 10 time bigger and stronger than bruce lee. Bruce lee is a phenomenal technical fighter but doesnt have the size or strength to take down Hulk hogan.
