Can I have incoming connections with WildBlue Satellite access?

I have WildBlue internet access setup with a small business and I need to be able to get telnet access on port 23. I used to do this with starband but recently changed providers. I'm sure it is not a firewall problem. Does WildBlue block certain incoming ports?

I have satellite Internet myself. However it is not Wildblue. If you do not get a answer to your question try heading on over to http://www.dslreports.com/forum/wildblue . They have alot of helpful folks over there that will be able to answer your question.
