My fear is that my partner will cheat on me. So I'm paranoid a lot that he's seeing someone or wants to. It has kept me from enjoying my relationship with him. And it causes me to be in a sour mood, which puts him in a bad mood. It’s funny how I create the conditions for a man to want to leave me, but I do it because my brain is wired to expect. Because my dad died when I was young, that’s what I’ve come to expect from men – that they would leave me. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. Fortunately, I’ve been handling my fear a lot better lately, and I’m really enjoying my time with R. :-)
