It all depends on where you buy them.
You could go to best buy and spend 50-100 bucks on a gold plated DVI cable.
Or you could go to Newegg.com and spend 20 bucks on a gold plated DVI cable.
That is assuming your visio has dvi. It may use HDMI. In that case it might cost you 5 dollars more on newegg.

newegg.com is definitely the best place to buy from. make sure you know what you need: VGA, DVI, HDMI, or SVideo for video.
remember to buy a sound cable as well if you want to hear the pc through the tv as well. (HDMI also transmits sound, so you will not need a sound cable if you use HDMI)
