if you are asking when it's safe to have sex to prevent the risk of getting a girl pregnant...NEVER...if you are considering doing it without protection!! it is true that a girl is more fertile at some times of the month more than others, but it has happened that a girl gets pregnant at ANYTIME during her cycle....EVEN WHILE SHE IS MENSTRATING! it;s a myth to think that it's not possible then! heck that is when i MYSELF was concieved!! please always use protection if you are going to have sex. don;t just do it to prevent pregnancy, but also to keep yourself STD free too! it;s always the safest next to completely abstaining!

The best way to not get pregnant aside from not having sex is to use a form of birth control. You should avoid having sex a couple of days before and after ovulation (12-16 days before menstruation) because this is when a woman is most fertile.

One should know about the sex. Knowledge of sex is necessary before proceeding further. Girl should also know what is sex and how it is implemented. If both of knows well about the sex it will be safe for you and take max plessure without any risk. Their is no time guidlines only thing is she should not be minor.
