Someone suggested I use a different computer to send my anonymous email. If I use a different computer in the same office, would it have a different IP address? Also, would the IP address be so similar that they would know it is from the same office?

It might have a different IP address but not a different network, and if the standards apply to your network you still have to enter a password or id # to log on so they can still track down the person responsible for any email...
