What is the science behind the above ? How he can get relief from this? He noticed that his fundamental right is being hampered by this.

I'm sorry I'm not used to seeing "once upon a time" in the middle of a paragraph. Your question isn't clear.
Do you mean to ask that a persons actions are being dictated by others, and these actions conflict with what they truly feel/think?
If so a simple solution would be to express your true thoughts and feelings. That way you will find relief. In other words don't let others dictate how you should live your life.

I agree with Marci above. You'll get zero protection from the standard tinfoil hat. I'd highly recommend the full coverage plastic head cover that secures around the neck in your case. Don't use a tinfoil hat, those actually make it easier for them to read your mind. That's part of the conspiracy.
