Guys, do you like/ mind leg tattoos on a girl? I love tattoos to begin with, but am not covered with them or?

anything. They just seem to fit into my artsy/ tomboy lifestyle & personality. I do believe though, that a girl can have tattoos (visible) & still be very classy. I think it all depends on how you present yourself. What do guys think about artistic girls & also about leg or ankle tattoos? Turn on or turn off or doesn't it matter? Opinions for my little survey here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

i think that a girl with a tatoo looks sexy. it does not have to be in a place where everyone can see it, so when she goes to work or anything it shows because there are different persons in the environment and some do not like tatoos. when she going out now she can show it off cause it will look HOTT.

as prince said, it all depends on the girl and the tattoo.
however some employers will not hire anyone with a tatoo, visible or not. over the years people with tatoos have rightly or wrongly been seen as different and in some cases trouble makers. this is i know stereo typing at work. but that is life.
as for a turn on or off i'm not too bothered one way or the other on the idea of a tatoo on anyone i date. the problem i have is that tatoos can if done badly or someone has too many then that is a definate turn off (to me, as all i can do is speak personally).
the question you have to ask yourself is what kind of career (long term) do you want? are you going to be in a career dealing with the public face to face on a daily basis?
if yes then a simple non visible tatoo (should be considered) though in this modern age do you realy need a permenant tatoo? NO, there are temporary alternatives. remember a permenant tatoo is just that permenant, while laser surgery could remove the tatoo at a later date this has been known to leave visible and in some cases painful scaring.

so think long and hard before getting a tatoo. while you think you will look great with one now in a few years or months you may hate the tatoo you have and regret getting it.
besides which a permenant tatoo in my opinion is paying someone to disfigure you.
to be frank, it does not matter what anyone else thinks about tatoos (me included), it is your life you have to do what you want to do.
yes while you can present as classy with visible tatoos, some people in society object to them, and if you work anywhere that you are seen by the public on a daily basis you are likely to be seen as untrustworthy or worse. wrongly so (i'm guessing).
so presuming you want a visible tatoo, try a non permenant one for a few weeks or months see what the reaction is from those around you, if you get no negative comments (or other comments that upset you for example) then consider making it permenant if that is what you want.
though the benefits of temporary tatoos are self evident, you can remove the tatoo when you no longer want that on your body and either replace with something new or leave your skin looking clean and healthy without one.
otherwise when you get bored with one tatoo you will end up getting another and another untill you look like the carnival/ circus freak "painted lady" (proverbialy).
but as i said it is your choice. a beautiful girl i used to work with had a tatoo on her ankle and it did not detract from her beauty. but then it did not enhance it either (in my opinion). (one day she did not and then then next she had it, i forget now what she had tatooed i think it was some sort of creature like a buterfly or something (i've not seen her or the tatoo for over 10 years and even then i only saw it the once for a few seconds while she was proudly showing it off to all at where we worked).

remember it is your life and you have to live it your way what ever that means for YOU!

tattoos are so sexy on chicks. It's a shame that corporate america thinks they have control over personal expression. I think its time for a change. If people cant discriminate against race or sexual preference, than why can they about tattoo's and piercings?

Tattoos are nice depending where you place them .
Personally I detest the butterfly tattoo fluttering out of a girls butt crack.
It looks from a distance too much like a skid mark and make a nice looking girl look nasty and unhygienic.

Not really to my personal taste as it, the picture, could just as easily be hung on the wall if (I) liked it that much.

Is A choice made for life, sorta glad at this age that I never did.

Do I mind? Hell I think tattoos are awesome on a girl.
