Well, if you want only British and European things on your web pages, then I suggest using only country specific URLs, such as .co.uk. Even then, seeing as we are now in a global economy and the Internet is a wonderful place to make money, there will be some "rubbish" getting in here and there. Bear in mind, though, that one man's "rubbish" is another man's treasure.
