I'm doing lots of interviewing & I don't know what questions to ask when the interviewer asks me if I have any questions. I am interviewing for potential make-up artist, facialist, aesthetician positions.
Any help is appreciated.

Jillie the best interviews do not feel like interviews at all. They feel like a conversation between two equal people.

Get the interviewer talking about themselves!!!! That is the best "trick" to make an interviewer like you.

Here is my basic formula for questions on job interviews.

2-3 questions about the company and its founders. Do your research on the web or library (or use what you already know). How long has the company been in business? How has the companies goals changed over the past "x" years? Where does the company see itself growing in 5 years? International? More locations? Less Locations?

2-3 questions about the job. Why is this position open? What do you see as the biggest challenge to being successful in this position?

2-3 questions about the person interviewing you. People LOVE to talk about themselves! How long have you been with this company? In your current position? Did you start out in your current position? (this will tell you if promotion from within is possible) What do you like best about the job/company/boss? What do you like least about the job/company/boss?

Learn to sprinkle your entire interview with questions, not just at the end and you will find your "interviews" feeling more and more like "visits". Less stress, better results.

And the final, and most important question you should ask is: "when will this decision be made?"

Then you know rather to send your thank you for the interview by fax, email or snail mail.

Good luck!

employers they dont really care if you asked them anything. If you have questions asked them, for example does employer pay for health care. Or if you dont have any questions, then say you answered all my questions and that you are really interested in the job and thank them for the oppertunity. When they say do you have a question, they really not waiting for a question, but they are mostly waiting for your thoughts to see if you are interested in the job offer. good luck.
