The book is a home remedy book. It has remedies for everything in it and they are natural things that are used for the remedy. It is authored by two sister whom are older ladies. It was on paid programming and I can not find it anywhere because I do not know who the authors names are or the title of the book. HELP!!!

Is it The People's Pharmacy Guide to Home and Herbal Remedies by Joe Graedon and Teresa Graedon?
Try your local public library. The reference librarian should be able to help you.
Also try the website of the channel you saw it on. They usually have links to items they mention for a while. Was it NPR, PBS, BBC?
