You should go ahead and keep the appointment, and schedule the next available appointment for you and your husband.
Your husband may or may not have a legitimate reason for not going, but you should continue to go regardless. Your therapist will give you tools on how to deal with this situation. Regardless of the outcome of your marriage, you need to go so you can navigate this difficult time in your life.

I would go by myself..I go to counseling without my husband and with my husband. Sometime you get to see things differently when you are alone.
