I am definetly a visual person. I even think it can make you or break you in learning. If I don't look at what I am learning, I really get lost. Even if I listen to tape. If you are watching a person lecture I think you will learn more because of the added visual.
Also think about the audio part - that persons voice has to agree with everyone to be affective.

Visual I think your eyes lead to your soul and you feel much more.

So, carried over to social connections. You hear a voice and right away you picture what they look like (say radio)

If you like someone visual means alot for the way the person handles themself. No matter how their voice sounds you will love it or hate it because of what you have already thought about them as a person.

I actually have thought about this deeply. I have a tumor that is located very close to my optic nerve if it grows the first thing I would lose would be my sight.
It is a long story medically to explain, but no surgery right now. I will know something is happening if I lose my sight.

My father is elderly and doesn't hear very well - so much is said with expression and the eyes.

So...I am very thankful for my sight wouldn't want to lose either. But the visual has amazed me because I have lived with the what if...

With visual there also is the help of sign language, audio will set a mood.

You have touched on an interesting subject. Right brain - left brain books are also awesome. I like thinking about how are body works.

depends on the person I think, I explore things through sight and have a greater desire to look at things. I'm better at reading body language than I am listening.
