I am currently working full time at a telecom company, while going to school fulltime to get my BA. Work is paying for a majority of my schooling, so it has to be a business degree but I am not sure what i want to do once i am out of school nor do i know what to major in.
My company doesnt give perks or advances once you get your degree so its pretty much pointless to stay here.

Any ideas as to what career field to go into?

This sounds a lot like what I'm doing with my company. My major is finance, but marketing was another option I considered. I plan to go for a career in a different area of my company. My company is rather large though. Banking, investments, home mortgage...my company has endless possibilities.

There are hundreds of thousands of careers that a general business degree can get you. You just need to think about what you're good at and what you'll enjoy doing for 40+ years.
