i always hear conservatives talking about personal responsibility... seems to be a tenet of conservative thought
but maybe liberals are the one's who are being personally responsible on this subject.. maybe they feel that we should address and fix our own problems before we worry about what others are doing.. isnt realizing your own faults and fixing them being personally responsible?
