I want to make the sleeves on a t-shirt puffy. Does anyone know how I would go about doing that?

this is done via the seam between the shoulder and the sleeve and you need to have enough material there to bunch it up as you sew, so its unlikely if you've bought a t-shirt not made this way that you could do it. you could try elastic on the bottom of the sleeves but i doubt that would look good

Let them stay out all night and then they will be tired... Put elasic on the bottom and stuff them????
