Not a bad squad. I think you could upgrade at 1B, Helton has been steadily declining over the past 4 years, and I'm not a big fan of AJ as your catcher. There is no need to carry 3 bench position players. Drop 1 or maybe 2 and grab some starting pitching. Im assuming you can change rosters daily, this would allow you to pitch more games per week and help you win more of the accumulation stats for p's (Wins/K's) and make bad outings less harmful in terms of ERA and WHIP.

Too much relief pitching and no offensive depth, You have to drop or trade Estrade (Can't keep to catchers and AJ is your stud at C) Markakis is a good young player but not worthy of fantasy play. Trade a Reliever because you are stacked on Saves but this only one stat, Keep Ryan and Wagner and get rid of Torres and Zumaya
I foresee you in the middle of the pack in your league with this team

I like it if you can trade Miggy for an ace sp. I'd get rid of Hudson, Maddux, and Estrada and see if you can get an of that steals, or a k pitcher, or a saves guy off the wire
