No. Not a chance. No need to explain further, you all know why.

I think he'd have a better chance at President. He made too many mistakes related to homeland security that hurt New York on 9/11. For example, he placed the NY City emergency management center in the highest profile terrorist target in the city- the World Trade Center (building 7). It collapsed in the emergency.
Cronyism may've been how the EMMC ended up there. It certainly wasn't logical.

Exactly.
On 8/11 the man was another has been, shortly to be replaced. His policies were rejected by his constiuents and his infidelities and crass behaviour had made him a laughing stock, but Osama bin Ladn saved Rude Rudy from th junkyard.
The fear and distress felt by mainstream Americans has been successfully manipulated into a misplaced patriotism that supports those in power on 9/11, regardless of how badly they were doing their jobs before then. Without that misdirected emotion, Rudy would be a footnote now.

All he did was exploit 9/11. He walked down the street with a megaphone and didn't do as much as turn over a shovel. Then he winged to England to be knighted Sir Rudy by the queen. He's just a typical Republican hayseed.

Yes, even before 9/11 Giuliana was a political force on the national scene. He successfully cleaned up NYC and restored safety to its streets. This stemmed the tide of white flight. He restored respect to city government and the office of mayor. We need a devoted hard core crime fighter to leads this country at this time when radicals seek to take away our freedoms and out lives. The next terrorist attach on US soil will be a swift one that will do tremendous damage. Hopefully it will not be too soon, but we have no way of knowing when and who will be the target.

Probably, but his numbers wouldn't be a good as they are. The nation saw him as a leader, a cheerleader and an empithizer after 9-11. However, he did a great deal of good before 9-11 so he'd have a platform either way.

It wasn't 9/11 that brought him to National prominence. It was his "cleaning up" of New York. It was his speeches. His relationships. But even Liberals have to admit he was a Star during 9/11.

Probably not, but then again, we would not be in Afghanistan, we would not have the department of homeland security, we would have 3000 innocent lives back, along with the buildings and the aircraft that was lost that day.

Sure, why not. Some of these other candidates come out of the word work and are only known by people in their home states.
