He got up to £30,000 ..........played on ........... walked away with a grand.
HAHA!!!!
I love it when the hit the highs, and then experience the lows. I live just to watch that £250,000 get lifted (prefereably on the last turn of the round, just to add to the pain!)
As a general rule, the louder the contestant is, the more I hope he walks away with nothing .....

I tend to agree with you in that if they are really showing off I am not too sorry for them if they don't have a big win. However there are some really nice people on the show and I am pleased when they get a lot of cash. My real favourite was a girl in the first run of shows (can't remember her name) but was very popular with other contestants and some came back to watch her game. I think she worked in the prison service. She went away with next to nothing but I think Noel hinted that she would be doing better for herself in the future.

It makes my stomache churn when they all unite as one and hold hands as if creating a devine power that's gonna help the player pick a blue box ...lol ... what a load of rubbish!!
Most people on there are too greedy but it's a decent family entertainment show I suppose.

LMAO!! Yes i feel you on this!!saw that episode its classic, walking away with a grand! cracks me right up when they get a really high offer like 27,000, then at the end its more like a penny lol!! foolish for sure!! what really has me p***** myself with laughter is when the audience shout blue blue blue!! then its the 250,000!! totally hilarious. ah well its greed at the end of the day, they get too confident, then at the end they wonder why they are unlucky hahaha!! im practically on the floor laughing when they walk away with Jack!!LMAO! at least if there isnt the fun factor of em winning a high amount, its classic to watch em end up with diddly squat!

I agree with you, the louder they are the more they deserve to loose, but sometimes I hope they win a large amount, but some contestants are too greedy and too over the top.

I hate this show. my dad watched it all the time and shouts at the people like guys do when sports are on:
"No Deal...NO DEAL!!!!!" "You've got another round in it!" "BLUE!"
It drives me insane.
My brother pointed out it's like each contestant is so desperate to be remembered they try to out-do the person who was on the day before by being louder/ more in your face etc

I cannot stand the loud ones, always asking the crowd for support, they really do think they're the star of the show. Plus there seems to be some bizzare cult going on with the contestants - it's not right!!

250,000 was won acouple of months ago by a Welsh lady and that was on the last box! It was great as she seemed really nice and was not expecting anything. It makes me laugh when someone goes on there and walks away with 1p saying "I'm really happy with that" and you can see they are so upset!!

Well they dont really lose anything coz they havnt got it to lose. So they are walking away with something at the end of it well most people are.

I looked at it yesterday, I didn't like Julian either, like who is still besotted with their wife after 25 years?.
I thought he must've had an affair. LOL, or is that me being bad?
Gobshite as we say in Ireland, should've took the 30k.
