maybe your phone is over-download..you can check it in the technician/phone repairshop..

The file is somehow obviously messing up the phone, so therefore lets get rid of it. You said you used the data cable and did not download it? Hopefully thats the case. Go ahead and hook your phone up to the computer then when the computer sees it go to my computer bring up the phone and then select the bad file and delete it. You'll be out your money but im sure your proviser will refund it. Email me if you need anything else! :)
