A guy that I'm really close to is dating this girl that I can't stand. I tolerate her b/c of him and he knows this. When she's around I want to bit__ slap her. I didn't like her b4 they started dating and now it's worse. She's around me all of the time. How do I get it thru her head to stay away from me without totally loosing it with her? I'm tired of playing nice.

Okay, she has no prob with me. One reason I don't like her is b/c she has a daughter that she doesn't take care of and a son she doesn't take care of. As far as them getting married, oh hell no! He's told her over and over no marriage. I think she's just a rebound anyway...he's coming out of a divorce now. I'm sure she won't be around much longer anyway; they fight every second of the day.

First of all, I've been there. They broke up. He's still my friend (one of my best) and I even have friendly conversations with her. Second of all, put some blame on him. If he's made her aware that marriage is out of the question, what's he even doing with her to begin with? That just adds more stress after the break up, especially if her kids are involved. And if she knows that he's not looking for marriage, then that makes her dumber than I already think she is. She needs to be worrying about her kid, not another man. Your friend probably even knows all this, but like you said, he's on the rebound.

Sounds like your small problem might be a big problem. Are you jealous of this girl? Remember he likes her and she doesn't mind you staying around HER boyfriend. She could tell him she doesn't like you around and you would be gone out of the situation. What if he gets married to her? Maybe you should try harder to find something you like about her because she might be around a long time. Good Luck

Sounds like you want this guy, if I were you I would tell him and if it is a no with him then end the friendship. He sure is not cutting you any slack with bringing her around when he knows that you can't stand her. So is he really a close friend or not? Sounds one sided to me...

Tell your guy friend how you feel and that when the two of you are planning time together to please not include her. Let him spend time with her when you are not around. You sound a little jealous, are you sure you're not feeling a little hurt because of his interest in her? Honesty is the best route with a friend.

You should corner this ***** and put her in check. Let her know you were there for your friend long before she came along and you two will always be friends after she's long gone. He won't keep her around long term if she's that much of a ***** anyway. Speak your peace, I would.

Tell your friend that you will hang out with him without her, but other than that you would prefer to stay away from her and have her stay away from you.
Has she tried to get along with you? Why don't you like her? Did your friend know that you disliked her before they dated? If so why would he date her if he cared for you as his friend?

Well tell her that you dont like and that you never have.And the only reason that you are nic to her is becasue of the person she is going out with.That way she might leave you alone.
