I think next season will be it's last.

I think so. They seem to be repeating some of the plots from the previous seasons. Abby and Kovac are following in the footsteps of Doug/Carol and Mark/Elizabeth. And they don't really follow through with some of the plots, like Sam killing her husband. She seems to have gotten over that quick. And, all the doctors keep doing stupid stuff but they get to keep their jobs. I certainly wouldn't want any of those guys working on me. ER used to be a great show...now it's a bad soap opera.
