It is not a question on what team you like, but what team everyone seems to like.

I'm in California and I mostly see either 49ers or Raiders. It's probably just because I live over here, but for me my team is the 49ers. The majority of my friends are split between those two teams and most locally owned businesses have those teams decorated throughout the place.

The Steelers. They have fans EVERYWHERE! ESPN had a special about it. Hate if you must, but when we're on the road, there is a good portion of us taking over the stadium. In fact, I've heard teams begging their ticket holders to not sell tickets to Steelers fans or if Steelers fans want to buy tickets, they make us buy like some 3-game package rubbish. Then I believe it's the Packers, they have awesome fans as well, and usually have a respectable number show up at away games as well.

Cheers!

I'm a Cowboy fan, but hate to admit that many other Cowboy fans are fair weather fans. Pittsburgh may have the best fans. I remember in Rothlessburger's (sp) rookie year Dallas and Pittsburgh played in Dallas. I bet 30% of the stadium was from Pittsburgh and they were definitely louder than the Cowboy fans.

Dallas and the Colts because everyone is stupid. Dallas became everyones favorite (not mine) when they were winning all the super bowls and for some reason everyone likes that peyton manning twerp. Oh well my Chargers are the best anyway but I dont care if people dont jump on the bandwagon. Oh and for the person who said thats why they call it Steeler Nation. They also call it a Raider Nation but no one likes them so the name doesnt necessarily imply that they are the nations favorite.

The Steelers are #1 in most purchased team merchandise & have been for several years. Of course, those of us in the Steeler Nation always knew this!

Well, the Green Bay Packers have the history with Vince Lombardi, Bart Starr, Paul Horning, the first Super Bowls...etc...and they are well liked now because of Brett Favre, a class act...

In the beginning of the season by far the Giants.. But the thing is as the season progresses the fans begin to drop like fly's. This is a trait of all NY teams... NY fans are fair weather fans and only support their team if winning. I watch it every year.. Beginning of season there are more giant jackets and fan support, at the end giant fans trade in their jackets for who ever is winning.. Sad but this is NY.. I'm about the only NYer who never owned a Giant jacket and never will.. Sorry I root for Da Bears win lose or draw... but Grossmans gotta go..Not a winner...

Green Bay Packers, they have a huge national fan base. It is the only reason that they are able to stick around. Being a team w/o an owner.
