I only noticably lost my mucus plug with my last baby and it looked like egg white with blood streaks in it. If this is what you had then it is possible that your plug has gone, but as you are only 31 weeks I would think it unlikely.
It is possible that during intercourse your cervix was 'bumped' and as it is very sensitive at the moment it may have bled just a tiny bit, which is what you saw when you wiped.
If you continue to see pink, or it gets worse, contact your GP/ midwife, just for a little reassurance.
Good Luck.

Chances are you thinned out a little bit... Call your doctor or midwife and get checked out just to make sure everything is OK... Your mucus plug has green and red streaks in it... With my first daughter it was very obvious... However some can loose it in the toilet or shower and not even notice.. with my second daughter it was more just light red bleeding... So being you are 31 weeks which is still preterm, get checked out!

I am not sure but it sounds like u just had some spotting due to the sex and the cervix being filled with so much blood. your mucous plug will either come out in pieces at a time over a few hours or days...it will look like globs of snot or semen *sorry if tmi* it will be pretty thick also and may or may not have tinged blood in it...i dont think this was your mucous plug if u did not notice the thick mucous..good luck!

Sounds more like he just bumped your cervix. It's not anything to really be worried about. Your cervix is swollen because of the added blood flow to it and anything touching it can bust open one of the thousands of tiny capilaries on it and cause you to have some scant bleeding.
You should be just fine. Even if you do loose your mucus plug, your body will make another one by the time the baby gets here.

It is very normal to have a small amount of bleeding after intercourse when you are pregnant. It's probably not your plug.....the plug is quite icky looking. As long as you are not having any discomfort I wouldnt be concerned at all. GOOD LUCK and Congrats

It could just have been from having intercourse. Sometimes that can cause you to bleed a little. I would suggest calling your doctor to inform them so that they can check you if they are concerned but it seems like nothing to worry about. Good luck

Ask your doctor. I think you are fine, if nothing is happening today. It's not the mucus plug.
