Most definitely. I know of someone who got a brand new (with tags) three piece skirt suit for 17 pounds. It said in the listing that it cost 75 pounds and had never been worn. I know this to be true because, unfortunately, I was the seller.

You do have to be careful, if you think you can buy a Fendi bag for $5 or a diamond for a song, well you can't. But if you are shopping for something that isn't this minutes hottest item, you can find some good deals, just do your homework and remember that you still get what you pay for.

Depends on what you buy.
Sometimes, the sale price is great but the shipping kills you.
Other times, though, you can get a great deal.
I need to buy a new firewire cord for my camcorder. They're 32 bucks at Wal mart, but I got one on ebay yesterday for 5.75

It's great if you have time to watch stuff and shop around. And wait for the shipping. Sometimes it's not worth the wait, though.

yes indeed, and a superb way to make a living. I sell full time, just getting rid of household stuff and my daughters used clothes. I love it

It depends on what it cost to ship it! It is a good place to find rare and hard to find items.

It's great as long as the shipping and handling isn't outrageous.
