1 Yamster, skinned and eviscerated
salt and pepper
1 egg
flour
bread crumbs
Salt and pepper Yamster generously, dredge it in flour then dip into beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in seasoned oil until golden brown. Serve with carrot sticks and Ranch dressing.

I use the shake n bake. yum, baked (tastes like fried) yamster! Works good on guinea pig, too.
