According to each side Republicans promote Greed, Wrath and Pride and Democrats promote Sloth, Envy and Lust. Do both parties promote gluttony?

I would have to say yes.
However you missed the democratic party advocating murder with abortion rights.

Interesting observation. As for "promoting" GLUTTONY, I don't know, but they (we) certainly practice it.
I think both practice GREED, but I wouldn't say they promote it. Both promote and practice Wrath. The others I would agree with.

I guess both parties could claim gluttony as a vice.
Looking at the size of politicians one could says most haven't missed a meal lately.

Rudy seems to have a thing for collecting wives but I'm not sure that 3 is quit gluttonous.

Capitalism is not gluttony. Capitalism is what allows us to have this forum. Without the ability to create more wealth for yourself, who is going to work hard or risk their own money on a business?

Both parties are unashamedly corporatist, which implies a dedication to mass consumption. That certainly covers gluttony nicely.
Still, given the record of the Bush Leaguers, I think they support lust as well. They have certainly given us a royal screwing.

Both parties are made up of human beings and that being the case---neither of them have a corner on---- or exclusion from--- any sin that exists !! To say, not, would make you a liar (even if you were an independant) !!!

Humans are gluttonous. Considering that to be a sin is archaic. Gluttony is good. It causes us to compete, to invent, to cure, and to progress our species.
