For the next 3 months I'll have to work around the clock and there's no way to go around it. Because I started to sleep a bit less and are in a big tension almost daily I started to feeling nauseated a lot of the times! Do you have any suggestion to attenuate these feelings of nausea and get a more balanced 3 months and don't get exhausted in a near future?
I was thinking that if a had some balanced wealthy diet or some gym classes would that help me out the next 3 months?
I need suggestions from someone who knows more about this.
Leaving my job is not an option. I really need help :)

Well, lots of exercise and healthy eating would be the first step. Get the determination together to just do your job the best that you can, and make sure that you take vitamins as well as take good care of yourself. When you are tired, get your sleep while you can. Turn your phone off to avoid interruptions. Remember that you can't do it all. If you have time for the gym, that's a good idea. (Been there and done that)!
