try teamdoubleclick or virtual assistants.com
There will be testing for certification and the more you are available determines how fast you get work. also try online placement agencies, some at home jobs are posted there as well. Never sign up for any company that asks you to pay in advance, it is usually a scam. I have other ideas/links for places to go, but yahoo frowns on posting links. You can e-mail me if you'd like for further details.

Possibly Medical Transcription.

I work from home for a health & wellness company & help show people how they can save money each month while making their homes & families healthier & our environment safer.

We are looking for additional people to join our team, so if anyone would like some additional income on a part time or full time basis with flexible hours, you enjoy helping people or just want to make yourself healthier, let me know & I can get you more details.

There are no data entry jobs that you don't have to buy, and believe me the ones that you do have to buy are complete scams, but if your looking to earn money you will have to invest a little bit. I came accross a site that showed me how to do that. It takes time to set up, but once you do that , money will start rolling in. The site if your interested is: http://lagitonlinejobs.com
