That is a very interesting question. As a christian, I would want to say God...but as a realist...I would say it is a draw. God has the upper hand in one sense because he has the ultimate goal for most people...but it is very difficult to rely on other people to get others to believe in you and be a truly good human being. The Prince (as you call him) has a great advantage in this arena because it is much easier to be evil then good. One of the hardest decision to make is the "right decision. " It is much easier to pretend to not see the things that need done (and the proper or better way to live). This is so very deep. What a profound question.

Satan, at least he's honest about it they neither one give a sh*t, they neither one are really that worried about what the outcome is, at least satan is honest about the fact that's he's just f*cking with you. God is all "i'm doing it for you guys, i'm doing it for you" then laughing behind his hand. You know they still get togther for a game of cards and sunday dinner. Hence the day off on sunday, so God doesn't have to fuss with people when he's trying to have a conversation with his favorite Angel.

well...heres my thumbs down for the day......God is probably highly disappointed all the time....and the other guy is down there laughing away at all the flubs people make...so its almost as if God has a REAL job while the other one is in a kick back job making lots of money(people) easy

I'd hate to be God. Get blamed for everything that goes wrong, not really know if I exist or not, and I wouldn't really like having my kid nailed to a two by four.
