With my first pregnancy, I took fertility pills for about a month. I got pregnant shortly after, but miscarried. Then about a year later I got pregnant again, this time I went full term, and he is now 3. We are wanting another, but have been unsuccessful. I really don't want to try the fertility pills again. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree with all the tips about knowing when you are ovulating and time intercourse starting about 5 days before ovulation and including the day of. Also, drink a lot of water to increase cervical fluid, do not use KY jelly as lubricant, and if possible, try to have an orgasm after your partner as the contractions can help to "suck up" the sperm into the cervix.

Try having sex every other day during your fertile periods. Also if you don't want to take the fertility pills but want to know when you are fertile there is a website, i think it is www.fertilityfriend.com. It will track your menstrual cycle and tell you when you are most fertile.

Good Luck!

Start charting!!!!
Take your basal body temp every morning
Chart your cervical fluid and position if your up for it. Get to know your body. Not everyone ovulates on a 28 day schedule. Me personally I can ovulate as early as day 17 or as late as day 25 which is a huge range. Read this book Taking Charge of Your Fertility: by Toni Weschler .
Check out this website, you can chart for free, no pages to lose and it calculates everything for you

http://www.fertilityfriend.com

And again, get to know your body you will increase your chances dramatically

Good luck!

I tell everybody this, don't know if it really works, but it can't hurt. yes, have sex when you're the most fertile, and chart your cycles, but make sure when you have sex, you put your legs up after. You will have gravity helping you. you could put a pillow under you too to lift up your hips higher than your stomach.

I did this to get pregnant with my daughter and took me only one month.

Did you use the pills for when you carried to full term?

Just have fun...relax and take the pressure off, and have as much relations (pg) as you can. Putting too much pressure can kill the fun and make it like a job.

Have your hubby take cough syrup like Robitussin a few days a week and have sex 3 times a week (the same days he takes the Robitussin ). that is the only way we can get pregnant and my doc even said it speeds up sperm.

chart your cycle as well as your BBT, Have sex every other day, lay down for about 20-30 minutes befor getting up after sex so the sperm has time to move upwards
Last but not least...STOP trying, stop worrying about it, stop thinking about it, stress free and be patient your time will come sooner than you know it...

Good luck!
