Products--you mean like magic pills? Not really, Enzyte claims to make it "fuller" and there is a mild enlargement, probably because more blood flows there with this non-prescription product. There is a similar effect from Cialis. But nothing substantial enough for anybody to notice really.
Now there is a mechanical way to enlarge, its called vacuum pumping. Essentially putting a glass cylinder over it and pumping out the air. This immediately enlarges it as blood flows into the penis to fill the vacuum. With time, vacuum pumping does cause increased size--sometimes very substantially. It is dangerous, as you cannot overdo it or rush the process. Blood vessels can be burst and gangrene can be caused.
Its a popular passtime amongst gay men and I have personnally seen the difference in a few I know who "pump". They tend to get together for pumping parties where each brings his own equipment and they pump together, oftentimes engaging in sex as well.
The downside to pumping, is you do have to keep doing it over time for enlargement, if you stop for a period you may actually start to shrink. And, if you do get enlarged to your satisfaction, you will probably find that your erections are not as firm as they were when smaller. Pumping probably does damage the elastic tissue in the penis. So you may have a big one, but its just not rock hard. It is a trade off. Impressive size, softer erection.
Doctors are dead set against pumping because it can be dangerous, but amongst those in the know, its the surest way to increase size without surgery or doctor involvement. The equipment can be a bit pricey and you will have to go to a sex shop or find it online to buy it. And it is best to work with an experience pumper.
Creams and similar products don't really work.
Medically there are testosterone shots and similar injections which will, even if only temporary, work. These are expensive and require a physician.
Below are some informative links, the last is a vacuum pump website.

I don't know where the people above get their information, if any of them have even tried the products, or read the literature???? I don't believe the pills work, yet I have never tried so my opinion doesnt count.
Penis pumps do work and no the increase in size doesnt go away right after you ejaculate, because if your ejaculating your using the pump wrong! pumps should be used on your own time, and you should let the erection dissipate on its own. Pumps only work if you are following a proper routine, they need daily use for extended periods of time and if you stop using a pump for very long you will slowly lose your gained length
I believe in stretching, I have had great results and it makes sense, people say you cant do it then I challenge them to look at national geographic and at the women who stretch their Necks, Lips and Ears??? What about the Chinese women who make their feet smaller through binding?
Anyways you can find out some decent information at this link and a real product that not only works, they offer you a 100% money back guarantee if you feel it doesnt

For permanent enlargement, they are all fraudulent scams. Some pumps are available for a temporary increase in size, but that lasts only as long as the erection, and then the penis returns to its original size. Size is determined by genes, not by pills. Don't waste your money on them.

If there was any pill, potion, exercise or device that would do this, the inventor would be more famous and richer than Bill Gates! And you'd see the ads on every billboard and magazine.
No, you are born with certain genetic characteristics, like the size of your hands, eyes, nose, feet and penis. There's nothing you can do to make any of them any bigger.
