Apart from spending an evening in O'Neils you could try the Literary Pub Crawl. It is run by a couple of actors and is hilarious, fun, and great exercise. details from the Tourist Information office

Get drunk in a shop doorway, sit in a chair or sleep on a bench, look at the sky, breathe or perhaps enjoy a burger, I know which one I'd prefer (its the boozy one)

if you are student over 18 you can get into the guiness factory for €9.50 other than that not sure but i think not a lot .
