I'm not sure if anyone can be a "CEO" if they aren't incorporated. Can you advise me of this or point me to resources that can?

Thank you.

I appreciate the responses, but let me be a little more specific. First, i know what the letters stand for. Second, i just want to know, legally, is it correct to call myself a ceo if i only have a lemonade stand operated by me or do i have to have incorporated my business before i can use the title? You know, do i need a treasurer, an accountant, etc.

...In closely held corporations, it is general business culture that the office of Chief Executive Officer, CEO, is also the chairman of the board...
...In publicly held corporations, the CEO and chairman positions can be separated but there are implications in corporate governance by doing so..."
