Can a person still receive a Social Security hearing if they have gone back to week work 3 weeks previous?

My husband went back to work about 3 weeks ago and his lawyer just called to say he has a hearing in 2 weeks. He went back to work because he was tired of not providing for his family and no he is not sure what he can do.

Well, obviously he can work because he returned to work. Makes getting disability a tad difficult, but the best thing he can do at this point is call his attorney and discuss the situation with him asap before the hearing.
