sure I am selling it for $113,900 I will pay half of the closing cost and give you $500 for repairs and if you want I will give it to you furnished. The house I am moving into is already furnished. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, 2 car garage built in 2002 with a privacy fence on a 1/4 acre lot.
