Probably not, since Carenzi's work simply doesn't predict any of the effects Einsteins work does. And they're effects we have seen and measured and verified.

But I'm curious why you'd be asking, since you obviously haven't studied either one of them?

Not unless you are willing to throw away most of the experimantal results in the field of the last 100 years and make modifcations evry time things don't quit work.
