Definately. A sailor can get busted for cheating on his spouse. However a military spouse can get busted for cheating on their spouse as well. If your spouse is in the Navy & cheated on you all you have to do is go to his command with some sort of proof.

Um I don't know if the navy could but a person in the Navy can. My friend just got divorced from a Navy personal and yes he cheated and yes he is in big trouble. From what I understand he was demoted in rank and of course has to pay alimony. If it is an officer having an affair with a lower rank from what I understand that is big trouble. I am sure you can find these things online or if you are in the Navy I am sure there is a handbook or something. Either way affairs are not a good idea.

Did the Navy have an affair with the Army? Then possibly, yes. Otherwise, if the Navy doesn't get caught, then it should be OK.
Go Navy! Beat Army!

A navy? A sailor could if it were with the admiral's wife, but not a navy.

My husband is in the Navy and he said that no one can get in trouble if they had an affair. Unless it was an action like sodomy, sexual harrassment, etc. then they can get in trouble.
