I don't know for sure, but I'm sure the government does. Have you ever spoken to the FBI about what files they burn?

Nope. Evolution does not, can not, work that way.

All humans are members of the same species (as evidenced by the fact that we can all interbreed). There is no way for members of two different species A and B (two different life forms) to evolve into the same interbreeding species C.

We don't believe this is the case, and the evidence suggests it is not the case. However, for once, I have to disagree with Secretsauce. Just because something isn't likely to happen, and we don't believe we have evidence of it ever happening, does not at all mean that it CAN'T happen. There are numerous routes from which just a scenario COULD occur, even if the odds are several trillion or more to one.
